I'm Identifying Top Talent for a client North of Pittsburgh, PA.  I'm sourcing for a Lead/Project Implementation Manager who has at least 8 + years of experience in the following areas:

• Implementation Manager responsibilities
• Business experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) or Source to Pay (S2P)
• Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Implementing ERP Systems 
• Continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the P2P business processes, defining the roles and responsibilities associated with the P2P process, and aligning the Oracle implementation to procurement business requirements. Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all elements of the Procure to Pay.
